Physician Assistant

Jezeriah Cook, PA-C

Jezeriah W. Cook, PA-C is a Physician Assistant to Ramesh G. Chandra, MD, FACS. He is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Virginia Association of Physician Assistants (VAPA), and serves on the Fellowship of Christian Physician Assistants board as student director.

Mr. Cook received his undergraduate training at Virginia Tech where he earned his B.S. in Biology. He served in the United States Army Reserve as a Medical Specialist for eight years and during this time he received training in physical fitness and as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B).  He received his physician assistant training at The Jefferson College of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program in Roanoke, Virginia.  He is also certified in ACLS and PALS.

Mr. Cook is an integral part of the knowledgeable and caring staff at the Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Inc. He assists in the care and follow-up of Dr. Chandra’s patients both in the clinical and surgical setting by providing quality personable care for every patient. His functions include guidance of patients through surgery and rehabilitation by explaining details of the various stages involved.

Because of his involvement in all aspects of a patient’s care at the Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Mr. Cook can be a source of basic information for patients who have questions that need to be answered.

Mr. Cook loves the outdoors and enjoys running, hiking, and backpacking.

Dr. Chandra makes all medical care decisions at CFOSM, and Mr. Cook’s role is to assist Dr. Chandra in making sure that all patients receive excellent care and education.


                  

Christopher Catullo PA-C

Christopher J. Catullo is a Physician Assistant to Ramesh G. Chandra, MD, FACS. He is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is also a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants (AAPA) which is the national organization for Physician Assistants.

Mr. Catullo received his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he earned his B.S. in Health Sciences. He also did his physician assistant training at Duquesne University as well and received his Masters of Physician Assistant in August of 2005. During his time at Duquesne he was active in Alpha Phi Omega a national service fraternity which is dedicated to performing volunteer work for the community and the school.

Mr. Catullo is an integral part of the knowledgeable and caring staff at the Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Inc. He assists in the care and follow-up of Dr. Chandra’s patients both in the clinical and surgical setting by providing quality professional care to every patient. His functions include guidance of patients through surgery and rehabilitation by explaining details of the various stages involved.

Because of his involvement in all aspects of a patient’s care at the Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Mr. Catullo can be a source of knowledge for patients who have questions that need to be answered.

Mr Catullo enjoys running, playing soccer and exploring new places.  He was also a high school soccer player.
